Naturopathic Visits
Initial visits are 1 hour*
Return visits are 30-45 minutes
Acupuncture Visits
Initial visits are 1 hour and 15 minutes*
Return visits are 1 hour
Please eat a small meal or snack at least 1 hour prior to your visit. It is best to avoid strenuous exercise following your treatment.
 
*Most visits will combine naturopathic medical visits with acupuncture treatments. If you would like separate visits please note this while scheduling.
