Insurance and Billing
Dr Michelle is contracted with most of Washington State's major health insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Lifewise, Premera, Uniform, Regence
For all other plans, Dr Michelle participates as an out of network provider. For these plans, your insurance company will be billed and the patient typically has a percentage of the visit that is their responsibilty. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance provider to verify benefits for naturopathic medicine and acupuncture prior to their visit. Dr Michelle bills insurance as a courtesy to her patients. If you have questions about insurance and billing, please contact Dr Michelle.
For those that do not have medical insurance, have DSHS or medicare plans, are underinsured, have a high deductible plan, or are experiencing financial hardship, a sliding scale fee is available. For more information, please contact Dr Michelle.
Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at your visit for copays and time of service payments.
